The business has expanded from a one room cheese plant in 1899, to a modern cheese packing and process cheese facility that now encompasses 100,000 square feet, complete with the latest technological equipment.

In 2000, the company constructed a public warehouse in Unity, Wisconsin. BLT Cold Storage accomodates our customer's storage needs.
